How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, considering processing time. You will also receive a tracking number, so you will never miss an update! 

Where do I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail you provided during the order process and will keep you you updated until your order arrives. Keep an eye on your inbox for the tracking details to stay updated on your package's journey.  Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking information to show.

My tracking order is not updating

How do I get a refund in case of loss/damage or malfunction of the product?

How do I claim my Gift Card and the Training guide ?

An e-mail which is going to include the gift card and the QR code, is going to be automatically sent to you after every order and you'll be ready to enjoy your first home workouts. The training guides QR code is also going to be included in our thank you card inside of every package.

1-Year Warranty Terms

Great news! You can activate your 1 year warranty in your cart. Simply select the option before checkout and enjoy peace of mind knowing your product is covered for life. It’s quick, easy and ensures you’re supported every step of the way! This lifetime warranty covers damages to the product incurred during normal use or activity for which the product is intended. The warranty does not cover damages caused intentionally, due to misuse, or through neglect. To claim the warranty, proof of damage during intended use may be required.
